Welcome Home
For this project, we were careful to design and build a home that matched the scale of the property. This afforded us space for a comfortable landscape that would draw in friends and neighbors.
Kitchen with a View
We built this home to maximize views of Camelback Mountain. From every spot in the kitchen and from the casual dinner table, the mountain is perfectly framed.
Timeless, Hardworking Kitchen
This kitchen was ultimately about the views of Camelback Mountain. So we were deliberate in choosing a layout, cabinetry, and fixtures that would not create distraction. The walk-in pantry is tucked behind an unassuming entryway. Above the stove, we crafted a simple hood defined by a plaster enclosure.
Attention to Detail
This lounge space is layered with distinct details. We juxtaposed reclaimed tin ceiling tiles with satin painted boxed beams. For the built-in shelves, we added brass details with the drawer pulls and mesh cabinet fronts.
Given that this is a functioning media room, we opted not for barn doors, but for quieter pocket doors to control noise between the adjacent spaces.
