A New Interior for Modern Living

After significant changes to the floor plan, ceilings, and interior finishes, the home was reborn as a comfortable, modern space for everyday living.

Challenges of this project were unique to a mountainside home. Our construction team had to navigate the narrow, winding roads to access the home. Once on site, we were careful to park our vehicles, stage materials, and deliver equipment in a way that was both safe for our construction crew and didn’t inconvenience neighbors.

Most of our clients invite us to bring new life to an established home, or build a new home that would look established. In both cases, we do extensive work to the exterior and interior of the home.

This project on Camelback Mountain was different because our clients very much loved the exterior of their home. But they were frustrated with the restricted interior spaces that—surprisingly—limited the epic views of Paradise Valley.

Central to the project was opening up the primary living spaces for a large kitchen, dining, and entertaining space with commanding views of the valley.
