This home certainly made a grand first impression, but we wanted the home to feel approachable and neighborly. So adjacent to the front door, we placed an outdoor patio with a fire feature.

From the entry door (right) guests are invited into a grand yet comfortable lounge space. Through the patio doors (left) you see the expansive of the backyard, pool, and pool house.

This is a pick-up drop-off space between the garage and the main living spaces. We chose butcher-block for the bench seats, inset panel doors, and brass screens for upper cubbies.
